RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are very confident that you will be happy with and enjoy your purchase however, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any unopened and undamaged Product within 14 days from your receipt of your purchase and receive a full refund for the Product, by way of the original payment method.

If you wish to return or exchange the Product, please first contact us at: tzurbudmaster@gmail.com and we will provide you with applicable instructions. Please note you will need to return the Product in its original packaging, along with any accompanying documentation. In the event you wish to exchange a product, note that you will need to return the applicable product and make a new purchase.

Returned items, including the shipping cost, are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
